- Develop comprehensive strategy for Enterprise Integration, B2B &API ecosystems, across various applications and platforms streamlining processes using multi-facet integration platforms like SAP BTP, CPIS, MuleSoft, and Go Anywhere.
- Lead a team of talented engineers responsible for Integrations, APIs, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaboratively set the strategic direction with cross-functional teams across IT, Business Units, Product groups improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation.
- Architect scalable integration pipelines and promote an API-first culture, align with the company's objectives and technological requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in API integrations and security to drive continuous improvement.
- Architect and build scalable and distributed Integration pipelines that will help power the IT's Unified Integration Platform
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company, understand their Integration/API needs, also foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team, and across the organization. Coach, mentor, and grow team members, foster their development and growth.
- A masters/bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or in similar field or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of demonstrable experience in Integration domain as an engineer, 5+ years of demonstrated ability in managing high performing engineering team.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Integration/API framework worked on designing and developing software with microservices, integration patterns, reusable artifacts in heterogeneous applications, systems & external partners.
- Demonstrable experience in people management, hiring exceptional talent and building great integration & API platforms.
- Deep understanding of public cloud computing challenges and standard methodologies with emphasis on security, operational excellence and cost efficiency.
- Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.
- Expertise in SAP Cloud Application Integration, API Management, API Governance, MuleSoft
- Knowledge of large-scale application architecture, design, implementation, and performance tuning.
- Experience in modern DevOps/SRE practices such as CI/CD, performance monitoring & incident management
- Have worked with multiple cloud, SaaS, EDIs across hi-tech/semiconductor industry
- Build real-time integrations with ZERO-downtime thoughts, beyond applications to infrastructure, active directory.
- Well versed with ERP processes as Operations, Supply-demand planning, Order to Cash, Finance, Procurement to name a few.
