Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of thermal management strategies for our products, with a focus on achieving superior thermal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the entire FA (Failure Analysis) process, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution of thermalrelated issues.
- Leverage knowledge of metal and polymer materials to optimize structural design for enhanced thermal performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of thermal solutions, utilizing techniques such as metallography and reliability testing to validate performance and durability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of thermal management solutions into product designs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in thermal management technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into product development strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in thermal management, with a focus on thinprofile vapor chamber technology.
- Strong understanding of Failure Analysis (FA) processes and techniques, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve thermalrelated issues.
- Indepth knowledge of metallurgy and polymer science, with the ability to optimize material selection and structural design for thermal performance.
- Proficiency in thermal analysis tools and software, with the ability to conduct detailed simulations and modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing thermal projects and teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Pay:
$150, $250,000.00 per year
