What You'll Do:

Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, checkout, shopping, return, refund etc.
Be responsible for Promotion and Campaign, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and business to manage campaigns, deliver best results, and receive actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok
Drive and shape the growth of a highly effective mobile engineering team, provide professional and technical leadership to support the professional growth of individual team members

Qualifications:

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in mobile engineering and proficiency in at least one Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift.
1+ years of people management experience.
Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of iOS platform, or deep understanding of the Android framework.
Experience within Ecommerce industry is a big plus.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $410000 annually.
