Our Financial client is looking for Asset Sales Specialistin Wayne, PA who will execute the remarketing activities of assets for different departments of business and end of lease management of the active lease portfolio, to maximize the value of and profit on assets, which have to be remarketedResponsibilities :Explore remarketing opportunities (long and short term) in trader and professional end-user marketsIdentify potential buyers within national/international contextManage the daily operations of our online remarketing portalFocus on data management, analytics, and resale statistics to maximize equipment sales potentialProactively manage the inventory levels across the region for both size and agingLiaise with asset management and Product Overlay Asset Management and Remarketing, collections and recovery and financial partner on assets, and sales/account managementEnsure valuations for assets at the end of the lease cycle and in case of early terminations, to determine expected market value and decide on refurbishment and/or remarketingDetermine and negotiate terms and conditions with lessee in case of extensionsArrange and negotiate contracts for resale or refinanceArrange for the timely collection of restocking fees, excess usage, and damages to Client's equipmentExecute appropriate documentation, invoicing, and administrationDetermine, negotiate, and organize logistics to ensure cost efficient and effective delivery of remarketed assetsEnsure communications, coordination, reporting, and meetings are completed as a precondition for effective and efficient remarketingRequirement 1-3+ years of relevant experience in Asset sales, equipment leasing, and remarketing experienceGreat communication skills; experience communicating with dealersExperience in the field of remarketing or leasing of assets in the trading and professional end user market, nationally as well as internationallyDemonstrated broad network of dealers and traders of equipmentDemonstrated ability to timely close sales based on assets' features and applicationBroad experience with extracting data from various sources and analyzing large data sets for conversion into useful business informationExpert technical understanding of assetsBroad experience and knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of remarketingKnowledge of distribution and conceptsDemonstrated strong computer, Microsoft Office, and social media skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact at different levels internally and externallyInteraction with others demands influencing, changing behavior and perceptions and creating the right climateSome administrative/customer service background could be helpful, but primarily looking for an individual that fits the above profile.
