J-Tech is seeking a Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team full-time

Located in Chester Springs, PA, where we manufacture, sell and service quality highway safety equipment and rebuild components for the liquid transportation industries.

J-Tech is a rapidly growing company who is looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join our team. The hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 7:30-4:00 Excellent work environment, company benefits, and weekly pay


Summary:

The Inside Sales Support Specialist assists the Inside sales team with direct customer related tasks, such as answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate personnel, greeting customers and visitors as needed and answering inquires, and general administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolve basic customer inquiries and needs
• Assist Inside and Outside sales teams with customer needs (eg. truck or part pickups)
• Helps ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Collect, sort, distribute or prepare outgoing mail
• Assists in answering telephone calls
• Greet people entering J-Tech, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Prioritize responsibilities by using multitasking and timemanagement skills.
• Assist with special projects when needed.
• Willing to learn and cross train on other service roles.
• Aid in receptionist responsibilities

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience with Microsoft office products.

ERP experience a plus.

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Ability to work well with others and promote a positive work environment

Salary negotiable and depends on experience.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
