    Job Description:

    Embassy Suites is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. There is both full-time ad part-time opportunities available.

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival and departure.
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing helpful information and solutions.
    • Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
    • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless operations.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
