    **Description:**

    The Customer Service Associate locates training providers that facilitate webinars or in-person presentations for employees in their local area. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Collaborate with the Global Learning Solutions Team.

    Receive and process Global training requests by p erforming searches for training providers based on request and need for training.

    Conduct brief interviews via phone with potential trainers.

    Send and collect necessary documents from new trainers. Upload new information and maintain existing records.

    Assist in projects to recruit qualified trainers with a focus on target locations.

    Complete ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

    **Requirements**

    Fluent in Spanish preferred

    Bachelors or Associates Degree

    A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

    Well-honed web research skills.

    An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

    Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an efficient and productive manner.

    Collaborative nature.
