    TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER - AI
    $160,000 - $180,000 BASE I BONUS
    CAMBRIDGE, MA I HYBRID


    This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference as a Product Manager in combatting chronic disease with a leader in data & AI for life sciences and healthcare.


    THE COMPANY


    This start up company combines medical care and generative AI to combat chronic disease by improving early stage disease detection, personalizing disease treatment, and ensuring follow up care.

    Expanding the company with a first full-time hire on the product team, you'll report into the VP of Product.

    This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to translate user stories into highly technical specifications for engineers to improve the product for physicians and patients.


    THE ROLE


    As Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for breaking down requirements and user stories to deliver impactful product improvements and optimizations.

    All while working in partnership with technical teams (e.g. engineering). You can expect to be doing the following...

    Directly translating product definitions/documentation & user stories into hyper-detailed technical requirements
    Effectively communicating detailed requirements to engineering teams & driving forward the improvements and optimizations
    Assisting in testing & validation; A/B testing, user testing, etc.
    Conducting market research & analysis through conversations with anchor clients, users, deep dives into competitors, etc.
    Working cross-functionally with both highly technical and non-technical teams (e.g. development teams to clarify tasks, timelines, etc.)


    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    3-5+ years experience in a Technical Project Management role
    Strong technical skills with SQL & Python
    Knowledge of Azure/AWS
    Experience working 0-1 with data & analytics products
    Past healthcare technology experience & experience in an early stage start up
