For 29 years, I have provided technical solutions for defense contractors, hospitals, laboratories, and educational institutions. My career has focused on the manufacture of scientific instruments and measurement technologies. I have worked as both an educator and in industrial settings. In industry, I managed the production of hundreds of optics destined for the next series of GOES Weather Satellites. I successfully improved yields for hundreds of thousands of satellite optics, which allowed my employer to outperform several much larger competitors. At Hanscom AFB, I certified satellites for spaceflight at the USAF Geophysics Laboratory. As a college educator, I have more than 14 years of teaching experience in the areas of sensors, instrumentation & measurement. In the Boston medical district, I conceived of a novel imaging technology that has received 15 years of consistent funding at MEEI and WPI. While in industry, I held a U.S. DOD "Confidential" Security Clearance.
