Description:

The Product Manager will oversee the development of new product introductions as well as manage product decisions for current on-market products.

Responsibilities:

Manage onmarket product decisions.
Create detailed customer needs and prioritize into requirements using tools such as voice of customer.
Define endtoend product lifecycle requirements for products, executing on all productrelated tasks and driving continuous improvement in crossfunctional processes.
Partner closely with R&D team to translate customer needs to a pipeline of innovation; ensure excellence for launches through each stage of the established new product development and introduction process.
Develop and implement product and technologyrelated strategies to maximize company revenue, profit and/or meet longterm business objectives.
Collaborate with commercial team to align on sales pipeline objectives, building effective customer feedback loops to translate insight into better solutions and targeted marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or scientific field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
2+ years' experience in medical device product management and/or marketing.
Demonstrated ability in building collaborative relationships across functions within a global business.
Resultsoriented with the ability to provide product leadership from early inception through project completion.
Datadriven decisionmaking, incorporating input from internal and external stakeholders.
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation abilities.
A high degree of empathy for customers, and a passion for growth.
Analytical and processoriented mindset.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
