We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial
Product Manager to join our growing team.

As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements by gathering feedback from key stakeholders and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the success of new products from concept to launch, including prioritizing features, creating product requirements, and coordinating release plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, colleagues, and other industry experts) to generate and refine product ideas that can deliver value to our customers.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery, pushing the team to deliver the best solution possible.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• A Bachelor's degree. Business, engineering, computer science, or related fields preferred. 5+ total years of work experience and 3+ years of product management experience in a fastpaced environment, preferably at a startup or technology company.
• A selfstarter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• A passion for building innovative products and solving complex problems.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping products and driving business results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and interact with customers.
