    Minimum Qualifications:


    • Values-based, high-performance minded Team Member


    • Excellent customer service skills that are consistent, efficient, and accurate;


    • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications, sufficient to independently perform claim-related functions and produce customer communications;


    • Excellent time management skills;


    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines required;


    • Willing and able to think outside the box to assist customers;


    • Skilled communicator, with effective verbal, written, and listening skills;


    • Bilingual a plus;


    • Ability to lift 30 pounds;


    • Able to work in the office during regular business working hours.

    EXPERIENCE: One (1) year experience in public relations or customer service, preferably in the group benefits/insurance field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Bilingual candidates a plus

    EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED
