- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and working with both Controlled Environment (CE) and/or Calibration technicians where we have one book of business and not the other.
- Build rapport with various pharmacies and labs, healthcare administrators, key decision makers & other industries that require calibration-type services.
- Provide high level technical information and explanations with regards to MTA capabilities and offerings.
- Maintain and improve quality results by being proactive, following sales best practices, and using CRM tools
- Carefully and thoughtfully document contact history and notes within CRM
- Accomplish department and organization goals set forth by the National Director.
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiencies within the Sales role and communication process.
- Follow policies and procedures that result in regular call cycle contacting and follow up.
- Prepare materials for quotes and upcoming events.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, hold equipment, and drive for extended periods of time.
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work are typically Monday-Friday but will vary based on the needs of the customer.
- This job can include some occasional nights and weekends.
- 85% or more of travel may be required, with overnight stays.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Established sales background in healthcare setting

Position Summary
The Controlled Environment (CE)/Calibration Sales Representative will generate revenue for the CE division as well as our Calibration division. This will be a split 50/50 dual-role position. The Sales Rep will communicate with customers within their territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and better understand their needs. They will create and maintain a sales plan for their assigned territory that meets or exceeds a profit goal. The Sales Rep will establish new accounts and manage existing accounts to identify and provide solutions to fit the customer's needs; this includes cold calling for potential leads.
