    Program Manager

    Client: Large financial institution

    Location: New York, NY (3x/week onsite)

    Pay rate: $73/hr

    Contract length: 6 months contract with potential to extend

    Job Description

    Within the Technology Portfolio Management team, the Change Management & Training Manager will support portfolio transformation by driving change management activities that socialize, improve speed of adoption, and increase the efficacy of Tech Investment planning and related processes across the Enterprise.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead communications and change management for the Tech Portfolio Management function.
    • Define project implementation plans related to roll out Portfolio Management tools, and manage project execution, including educating the teams on process, metrics, reports, and information usage.
    • Partner with Tech Portfolio Transformation, Tooling, Reporting and Programs teams to identify, plan and lead cross-functional changes to evolve existing models, tools, and processes.
    • Manage key stakeholders by consistently offering support and education on core activities and processes.
    • Design, develop and implement instructional strategies with clearly established objectives that meet organizational needs.
    • Create content and develop activities to support learning by incorporating adult learning principles, effective assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices.
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with primary stakeholders, including monitoring KPIs (key performance indicator), evaluating efficiencies and resolving escalations.
    • Drive projects, change management and ownership of operations strategies in an agile environment.
    • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices.
    • Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in creating training strategies.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Preferred 8+ years of functional or operational experience in change management
    • Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training content (instructor-led and eLearning)
    • Experience in an enterprise-level operational function and successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives
    • Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
    • Ability to Storyboard
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx; knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise.
    • Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
    • Voice talent and recording skills using Adobe Audition are strongly desired
    • Experience publishing and managing learning content on learning management systems
    • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment, and thrives on learning and acquiring deep expertise in our tools and process
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
