- Serves as the primary support to senior and executive level roles and coordinates with associated teams.
- Manages office workflow, projects, and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and data entry; serves as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop agendas and meeting materials; coordinate special events.
- Prepares and edits various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, procedural manuals, content on the department website, publications, and routine correspondence; uses established guidelines and proper formatting; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of C-Level Administrative Support
- Knowledge of clinical research process and documentation is highly preferred
- Requires excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external constituencies from chancellor-level to support staff-level.
