    Senior, Product Manager
    Hybrid - Los Angeles Metropolitan Area/Orange County
    $150k – $220k + equity + benefits

    (flexible depending on experience)


    The Company:
    My client is committed to empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by offering a comprehensive expense management solution. Their goal is to assist growing businesses in streamlining their financial operations and maximizing cash-back rewards. They are looking to add a Senior PM to their scaling organization to own the core B2B products including card programs/expense management tools to product organization


    Responsibilities:
    Developing and launching current/new product using agile-scum methods.
    Understand customer needs deeply, fill product gaps, and come up with ideas to grow market share.
    Continuously improve the product by researching and analyzing data, implementing solutions, and presenting findings.
    Collaborate with merchant partners, banks, and internal stakeholders to design and research user needs.
    Manage product development teams, prioritize tasks, define success metrics, and drive product launches with marketing and finance teams.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
    Experience preferred in the banking, digital payment, or FinTech industry (Ideally B2B)
    Experience leading project development teams
    Ability to drive results, teamwork, and collaboration across cross functional teams
