Identify and screen candidates by utilizing the proper workflow while providing the highest level of service to both the job seeker and the client.
Understand the candidate's career aspirations, professional/personal goals, and how they match various client needs.
Write bios on candidates prior to submitting them that highlight why the candidate is a fit for the client.
Lead the candidate through the interview process as a trusted advisor rather than someone who is looking to complete a transaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Located in the Philadelphia Area.
