Cornelis Networks is hiring a highly motivated PLM Change Analyst to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes. This position is a key interface to cross-functional activities between Engineering and Manufacturing.

The PLM Change Analyst will be involved in supporting all lifecycle phases of high-performance electronics, from conception through end-of-life, of the next generation Cornelis Networks Fabric platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for PLM configuration and management.
  • Perform work in the PLM environment managing all lifecycles.
  • Work with crossfunctional team members to assist with parts, documents, datafiles, Bills of Materials (BOM), Engineering and Manufacturing Change Order (ECO) creation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for transactional daytoday PLM activities including document control and releases.
  • Support Component Engineering with Approved Manufacturing List (AML) setup and maintenance.
  • Collect, compile, and interpret product data.
  • Analyze and contribute to Engineering white papers (Excel spreadsheetbased) relating to changes to released products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • AA/AS in a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience (post college) of direct product configuration management.
  • 5+ years' experience (post college) with product structure, parts, drawings, workflows, and requirements.
  • 2+ years' experience working in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years' experience with PLM data management tools (such as Arena or Agile) for configuration management of complex products.
  • Familiar with configuration management principles and practices.
  • Highly detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a crossfunctional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA or BS in related technical discipline.
  • Experience with supporting complex electronics products.
  • Experience with JIRA.
