    Benefits Coordinator

    to join our team.

    What You'll Do
    Respond to team member inquiries related to their benefits enrollments, claims or leave administration
    Assist with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, workers compensation and other benefit programs
    Coordinate with third party administrator and team members for FMLA and other leaves of absence
    Assist with the team member onboarding related to benefits as well as coordination of our COBRA administrator
    Assist with compliance processes for PPACA and annual filings of 5500 etc.
    Run, review and reconcile monthly bills for benefits vendors and submit for payment
    What You'll Need
    High school diploma or equivalent required
    Bachelors degree in HR or Business preferred
    One (1) year experience in benefits administration or HR administration role required
    One (1) year experience in leave management preferred
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, entering data or processing information required
