    What We OfferMedical, dental, vision and life insuranceShort and long-term disability coverage401(k) plan3 weeks paid time off in your first year + paid holidaysDiscounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family membersWhat Youll DoRespond to team member inquiries related to their benefits enrollments, claims or leave administrationAssist with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, workers compensation and other benefit programsCoordinate with third party administrator and team members for FMLA and other leaves of absenceAssist with the team member onboarding related to benefits as well as coordination of our COBRA administratorAssist with compliance processes for PPACA and annual filings of 5500 etc.
