    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a visionary leader to join our dynamic team, bringing along your passion and purpose. With a legacy of 120 years, we are at the forefront of the industry. The primary role involves mastering our processes to serve our existing 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team through these responsibilities. As you excel in training and leading your team, you will progress into the prestigious Agency Director position, equipped with the necessary skills honed through our proven systems and processes. This rewarding role offers weekly compensation averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community engagement enthusiasm
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
