    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing passion and a sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. The role involves mastering our client service processes, tending to our existing 2,000-strong client base, and expanding our reach to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team to take on these responsibilities. As you hone the necessary skills using our established systems, you will progress to the position of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective time management with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Adaptability in high-paced and potentially stressful environments
    • Passion for assisting people and nurturing relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and driven by goals
    • Active involvement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • A 45-day minimum evaluation period prior to advancement
