    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With a remarkable 120-year history, we are a leading force in our industry. The key role involves mastering our operations to serve our 2,000 existing business clients while fostering connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, it entails supervising a small team to carry out these tasks effectively. As you excel in guiding and training your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director by honing the required skills within our established systems. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business avenues (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership aptitude
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
    • Passion for assisting others and nurturing relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation are essential
    • 45-day minimum assessment period prior to progression
