    Description

    Whittingham is seeking a leader to join our team, someone with passion and a sense of purpose. With a remarkable business legacy of over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The role involves mastering our client service processes for our existing base of 2,000 business clients, building relationships to onboard new clients through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in these endeavors. As you become proficient in training and overseeing your team, you will progress to the Agency Director position, utilizing our established systems and processes.

    This position offers a weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on current systems
    • Report daily field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management
    • Strong supervision and leadership capabilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement enthusiast
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation are essential
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
