Our client is a successful company in the rental and management of a residential real estate portfolio of over 10,000 apartments in Bavaria.


The Position:

  • You will be responsible for managing the portfolio of approximately 20,000 apartments in Bavaria.
  • You will have the commercial responsibility for rental, maintenance, modernization, and further development of the real estate portfolio.
  • You will lead and motivate your assigned team members.
  • You will create economic and investment plans in collaboration with the management and optimize operational processes.
  • You will also work on the development of ERP solutions (SAP) and further develop the service sector.

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification (real estate specialist, real estate economist, etc.).
  • You have extensive knowledge of real estate and technical relationships in the housing industry.
  • Your work is characterized by economic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as analytical skills.
  • Your personality is characterized by a high level of service mentality and customer orientation, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills complete your profile.
