As the leader of the Steering Concepts & Systems team at Havre North, MT, you will play a crucial role in solving important challenges.

Your work will shape the financial systems background of Zalando, contributing to the company's long-term success.

As a key financial leader in the Performance Management (FPM) pillar of Zalando's finance organization, you will work closely with the finance leadership team and key business stakeholders, acting as a thought leader.

This role will provide you with opportunities to showcase and enhance your project management, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills through a variety of strategic and organizational projects.

INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN:

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

Lead the SRP (Steering, Reporting and Planning) program, a key finance initiative to report financials in line with the new operating model.
Understand the needs of key stakeholders, including management board members, and translate them into concepts and work packages to be executed by the project team.
Collaborate with the Tech and other Finance teams to implement the program, defining resource needs, dependencies, and options for conflicting priorities.
Coach your team and the SRP project leads to facilitate discussions and alignment on topics from conceptualization to execution.
Act as a senior finance leader in the FPM (finance performance management) pillar of finance and help shape the company's culture.
