Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the technical execution and acceptance of the construction site
You ensure compliance with legal regulations on construction sites and adherence to construction plans
You coordinate and lead construction meetings and keep records
You create and review measurements and ensure the efficient and economical use of construction materials and equipment
You always keep an eye on quality and construction progress and document the work
You manage and coordinate contracted external companies and review measurements
You support in obtaining permits and communicate with authorities

Qualifications:

You are a statecertified foreman or technician, have a master's degree in road or civil engineering, or have a comparable education/study
You have several years of professional experience in civil engineering and ideally have knowledge of construction management in fiber optic expansion
You have a good knowledge of MS Office
You have knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB)
You have excellent German language skills and at least a Class B driver's license
We expect 100%
