"Who enjoys going to the doctor? What if you were a patient coming to a practice where the staff's bad mood is palpable in the air? Does your workday look like this and do you know these situations? Then it's time for us to get to know each other.Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients at the counter
- Completing registration formalities
- Maintaining patient records (administration and organization)
- Assisting with medical examinations
- Preparing and cleaning technical equipment and examination rooms
- Caring for patients before and after treatment
- Making phone calls to remind patients of appointments for the following day
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or
- Career changer with experience in similar professions
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Reliable, helpful, and able to work independently
- Friendly personality who enjoys working with colleagues and patients
- Fluency in German and another foreign language would be beneficial
