What you'll do

  • Collaborate on exciting projects such as improving internal solutions, creating demo workspaces for global use, and more
  • Manage demo assets in our content repository
Ensure a smooth experience for SAP Signavio Guided Experience* by:

  • assigning workspaces and users to requestors
- enhancing workflow automation for the experience
- cleaning up workspaces after each session, either manually or automatically
- resetting workspace passwords using a script after each session
- updating the workshop calendar
- maintaining internal Sharepoint pages with guidance for SAP colleagues.
- *SAP Signavio Guided Experience is a workshop where participants can experience the ease of use and capabilities of Signavio Process Transformation Suite with guidance from a trainer from SAP Signavio.


What you bring

  • Currently pursuing studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, German language skills are a plus
  • Soft skills such as problemsolving, teamwork, and task organization and prioritization.
