Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth processes in the examination, recording, and booking of business transactions (receivables, payables, bank, general ledger)
• Proactive management of payments, including effective dunning and credit management
• Competent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Conducting liquidity reports, group reporting, and other financial reports
• Responsibility for all tax reports, including correct bookings
• Reliable maintenance of master data and efficient document management
• Contact person for the parent company, customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk or office manager, supplemented by additional qualifications as a certified accountant and/or payroll accountant
