    We are currently seeking a Director of Culinary who is passionate about making a difference for our Calabasas Community


    Shift Schedule:
    Sunday - Thursday

    The non-negotiables:

    • High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required
    • Food Safety Certification (SERVSafe or equivalent)
    • A.A. degree in culinary arts preferred
    • Two years of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc
    • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
    • Must demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related diseases
    • Five years of food and hospitality management experience (may include Restaurants, Country Clubs, etc.)

    What you'll be doing:

    • Responsible for overall operation of the Culinary Department of the Community
    • Experience at Independent and Assisted Living Communities preferred

    Anticipated pay range

    $80,000-$85,000 USD
