    NATURE OF WORK:

    Performs professional work designing and leading a portfolio of work to examine the effectiveness of the current service array with an emphasis mapping the juvenile justice system across Central Florida from arrest to discharge. Responsibilities include facilitating the review of processes and outcome measures across the Alternatives to Youth Incarceration Project. Work is performed under the direction of the Children, Youth and Families Assistant Division Manager and work is reviewed through meetings, reports submitted, and results obtained.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, Youth Development, African American Studies, Public Policy or related field ; and four (4) years of experience in a responsible administrative/management capacity implementing programs for youth, data evaluation, community engagement, and/or public affairs management required: One year of which must be in gathering, compiling and analyzing data and preparing narrative or statistical reports or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:

    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
