What you will do
The B2B SW Solutions Technical Associate Manager will be responsible for driving growth and development of our digital signage software solution business.
This role involves managing and expanding client relationships, leading the enhancement and implementation of customized solutions, and conducting market analysis to drive business expansion.
The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strengthen business competitiveness, leverage internal resources, achieve sales goals, and drive business growth.
Principal duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the technical strategy for digital signage software, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development to create customized solutions that meet clients' needs.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, industries, challenges while proactively addressing their needs.
Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to effectively communicate solutions value propositions to clients.
Work closely with the sales team ensuring successful hand-off of new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction retention.
Identify opportunities for improvement in our products by staying up to date with industry trends.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity in order to identify opportunities threats providing insights recommendations to senior management.
To be sucessful you will need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in high-tech competitive intelligence project management is preferred.
Knowledgeable about Cloud Software Structure SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms API protocols
Excellent communication skills are needed due to interactions with various stakeholders including non-technical individuals
Understanding of digital signage industry and software is preferred.
Proven ability in building strong relationships with clients internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability in thinking strategically identifying opportunities developing creative solutions
Strong analytical problem-solving skills are necessary along with the ability to analyze market trends competitor activity develop actionable insights recommendations
Self-motivated individual who can work independently while also able to collaborate cross-functionally within an organization.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean

$59,000-$78,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages.
