    Description
    VIOLAND is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team and bring enthusiasm and purpose to the table. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our industry. Here's what this dynamic role entails:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and performance
    • Train and mentor new team members on our established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
    This position offers a weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average. Key qualifications include:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
    • Passion for assisting others and nurturing relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement aspirations
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce proficiency preferred)
    Licensing prerequisites include a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S., along with a clean background and personal transportation.
