    Description

    VIOLAND is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do. The selected candidate will be responsible for servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, as well as expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to carry out these tasks effectively.

    As you familiarize yourself with our processes and systems, you will also have the opportunity to step into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Provide training and mentorship to new team members
    • Report field activity daily using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail
    • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Devotion to assisting individuals and nurturing relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented attitude
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background and personal transportation are essential
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
