Leads are provided.

Each sales agent get about 35 prospects a week, that have already made an on-line inquiry requesting a quote for Homeowners Insurance.

You just have to call the prospects and covert them to clients. We are the #1 independent agency home insurance volume leader in the State of Florida.

Great opportunity for a 2-15 agent to get their 4-40 license and be able to cross sell all insurance products.

Insurance Sales:
10:00am to 7:00 pm Mon

  • Thurs/ 10:am to 4:30pm Fri

Sales Agent Job Duty:
Return calls to prospects that are shopping around for the best Insurance deals.

1st Capital Insurance maintains the best priced insurance deals and requires a diligent, multitask, organized, sales oriented individual to convert prospects to clients.

You must have a P&C Insurance License 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40. If you do not have an insurance license and we want to hire you, due to your great potential. The cost for the C.S.R 4-40 course is $125. We will reimburse your tuition cost upon the 90th day of employment. This is a great career for the right person.

  • Must be able to convert prospects to clients through phone sales professionally.
  • 1st capital Insurance expects an up most outstanding, honest, selfstarting individual that wants to learn how to take their job and turn it into a life changing career as an Insurance Agent.
  • Must put the customer needs as #
  • Must be reliable, professional, courteous, on time, dependable.
  • Must have prior sales experience.
  • Recent college grads, no prior sales experience necessary.
  • The long term benefit of this career is the residual income(licensed Agent): $27k to $36k, second year $30k to $39k, third year $36 to $44K, forth year $42k to $50K+, fifth year $48k to $58k+ Average. Salary increase is reflected by sales performance. No Cap on your salary Build a real future for you and your family.
  • Pay differential for accredited university college grads.
  • Great opportunity for a 215 agent to get their 440 or a P&C agent to get their 215 license and be able to cross sell all insurance products.
