- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection/security systems, and associated proprietary electronic monitoring systems.
- Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, may be required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as an electrical technician
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License
- Must possess strong electronic skills
- Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting skills for this type of equipment, and demonstrate skills in soldering/desoldering, smoke detector sensitivity measuring equipment, and schematic reading
- Familiarity with NFPA Fire Protection Codes and Standards will be required
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Must have previous experience with fire protection equipment/systems (Siemens/Cerberus/Pyrotronics, or Edwards System Technology EST-1, EST-2, EST-3, and EST-QS)
- Experience in troubleshooting digital and analog circuits to the component level is required
- Must have or be able to obtain within 60 days, a Florida State Alarm Systems
- Agent/Burglar Alarm System Agent (FASA/BASA) registration
- Must have or be able to obtain Level-1 NICET Certification within 60 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
- An Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent

The starting wage for this role is $30.87.
