    Position Overview:
    - Represent the company and promote our diverse product line within a designated geographic area.
    - Expand our market reach by acquiring new customers and growing sales among existing clients.
    - Manage your time and territory effectively to meet sales targets and market penetration goals.

    Essential Job Functions:
    - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue.
    - Control expenses and optimize business spending.
    - Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with customers.
    - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge among sales teams.
    - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
    - Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to maintain our competitive edge.

    Candidate Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
    - Ability to work from home and travel frequently. Access to reliable transportation is essential.
    - Proficient in supply chain management.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Strong leadership abilities in a sales environment.
    - Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    - Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
    - Proficiency in computer skills.
    - Demonstrated ability to maximize customer engagement and productive time through effective scheduling.
