LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing global organization, and they are seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Analyst to join their team in Elgin, IL. They are seeking a passionate HR professional with 5+ of Human Resources experience with expertise in payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, and employee relations, demonstrating strong HR Generalist capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll/Timekeeping:

Oversee timekeeping processes for multiple plant sites.
Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll and ADP E-Time for timekeeping.
Manage multi-site payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Generate reports to track bonuses, PTO, and other payroll-related metrics.
Introduce innovative ideas to enhance efficiency in timekeeping and payroll processes.

HRIS ADP Workforce Now:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by entering relevant data into ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
Maintain and update HRIS records.
Generate reports from the HRIS for analysis and reporting purposes.

Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate on recruitment efforts, managing talent flow and building strong relationships with staffing agencies.
Partner with site leaders to understand talent gaps and contribute to strategic solutions for filling positions.
Handle offer letters, onboarding processes, and I-9 verifications.

Employee Relations:

Lead employee relations investigations and partner with managers to address employee relations issues.
Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain comprehensive documentation for employee relations matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
HR Certification (a plus).
5+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Excel.
Previous experience with multi-site payroll is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
