    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Global Payroll and Tax Analyst to join our Global Mobility team on a contract basis, with the potential for renewal. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing expatriate payroll and tax processes for international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. This position requires a self-motivated individual with advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze expatriate tax and payroll data, including pay slips in various currencies.
    • Navigate and analyze data within the Workday platform, utilizing vendor tools and source documents to validate payroll production and tax implications.
    • Operate independently with minimal supervision, making informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.
    • Synthesize large volumes of data, identify trends, and present findings to team members and leadership.
    • Conduct tax equalization reviews and collections as necessary.
    • Collaborate with global team members to support various projects and initiatives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in global mobility payroll and tax analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a combination of office and remote work.
    • Experience with Access databases is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
    • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
