Position Summary / Objective of Position
This position will be responsible for providing primary support for the IT Help Desk. Will be the initial point of contact for end user hardware and software issues.
Will also be responsible for setting up new desktops and laptops, user additions and deletions as well as backups and other miscellaneous tasks.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to multitask and prioritize. Attention to detail is also very important.
1-2 years supporting PC hardware, Windows server and client operating systems and MS Office. Hyper-V, backup software and PBX experience would also be helpful.
