    Key Responsibilities
    • Daily management of Eclipse ERP Tier 2+ application, integrations, and backend data Tier 2+ support issues alongside supporting data manipulation and reporting processes.
    • Investigate issues, identify root causes, prioritize, determine resolution paths, and manage them through the established model.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and procedures, proposing enhancements for greater efficiency and productivity.
    • Skillfully handle challenging conversations with field personnel and team members, adeptly de-escalating calls and chats.
    • Document issues in the incident ticketing system, adhering to established escalation protocols.
    • Utilize experience and judgment to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
    • Maintain clear and regular communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the issue resolution process.
    • Document requirements, test resolutions, and contribute to managing the customer experience.
    • Lead and participate in teams addressing requests for new features, modifications, and procedural changes in software and business development projects with the ERP systems.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in a large-scale ERP environment using Epicor Eclipse ERP (Solar and Eterm) with a focus on Universe database structure, TCL tools, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Pick Basic programming is preferred.
    • Understanding of programming principles and workflows is preferred.
    • Strong work ethic and analytical mindset, dedicated to delivering effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, proficient in Office and IT Service software.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse abilities and experience levels.
    • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
    • Demonstrated confidence, patience, and diplomacy in managing difficult situations.
    • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

    • Enterprise Architecture, Business Portfolio Managers, and Software Development teams
    • Internal Department Leaders, Managers, Sales, and Branch Associates
    • Software vendor support
    Additional Details:
