    Description
    This is your opportunity to join the fence industry leader Master Halco, North America's leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Associate with Fence or related Construction Materials experience. This is a very exciting time to join our company. We are continuing to grow (70 locations), introducing new products, making technological investments, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.     Responsibilities:

    We are looking for Sales Leaders who can create and execute strategic sales plans focused on critical product initiatives, new markets and new customers. Qualified Outside Sales candidates must be:
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years outside sales experience focused in the decking, railing and/or outdoor accessory market.
    • Experience selling to the lumberyard and/or contractor markets.
    • Experienced in managing and growing territories, demonstrate effective face-to-face customer selling
    • Excel at building strong personal customer relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Desire to service the needs of our customers

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Driver's License, proof of Insurability
    • Fence or building materials industry experience desired
    • Successful track record of selling within the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores
