- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities

Responsibilities: - Learn our proven sales system taught in training and implement it in the field

- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
Qualifications: - Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
