Interior Design Sales Professional
About the Job:
Are you passionate about interior design? Join our team as an Interior Design Sales Professional at Ethan Allen in Minneapolis, MN. As a Design Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to create customized design solutions using Ethan Allen products and services. Your success will be measured based on various performance categories and benchmarks, contributing to both the Design Center's success and your own.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create design solutions aligned with customer preferences and budget.
- Sell Ethan Allen products and services while representing the brand professionally.
- Make home calls to assess customer needs and provide personalized design solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends and coordinate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in corporate marketing and training programs and educate customers on finance options.
- Utilize technology and social media platforms to enhance customer relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field with practical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of interior design and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in online sales and design tools, social media, and grassroots marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to utilize technology effectively.
Compensation:
Design Consultant compensation is incentive-based. During the initial training period, a non-recoverable draw will be provided.
