**What you will be doing:**
Using your excellent personable skills you will be warmly welcoming guests and providing the highest level of service processing check-ins and check outs and assisting with special requests.
As the first and last impression the guest often has at the hotel, you will create a warm and welcoming reception upon arrival, and a fond and sincere farewell upon departure.
Manage calls, field questions and respond to guests thoughtfully and independently. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each guest.
Collaborate with your team and assist where needed; this role may call for you to wear "many hats", with direct guest interaction, as well as maintaining your work area, properly handling cash and credit card transactions, rooming lists, and so on
**Your experience and skills include:**
