    AKA Rittenhouse Square is hiring for a Sales Coordinator with previous hotel sales experience preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the sales team
    • Monitor arrivals for the week to ensure all sales bookings are set-up properly and everything is in place for resident/guest prior to arrival
    • Assist Sales with special projects and reporting
    • Utilize reporting tools to generate reports requested by the property and corporate levels
    • Utilize SELL/Zendesk client management system to provide transparent communication & reporting
    • Serviced residence (hotel) renewals and Notice to Vacate for monthly reservations - communications, etc.
    • Assist with sales research; provide support to sales teams on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
    • Send out weekly SELL email blasts for sales and leasing managers
    • Utilize "Voice Agent and Maestro " reservation system and property management system to provide reservations support to the sales team
    • Create group blocks and enter rooming lists and reservation in support of the sales team
    • Assist in planning and implementing client and resident networking, blitzing and other sales related events/activities as scheduled by Regional Director of Sales and Sales/Leasing team.
    • Preparing a curated tour for prospective clients/residents as needed
    • Sending proposals/filling-out Requests for Proposals
    • Assist with VIP requests and amenities - coordinating with the operation teams for execution and delivery
    • Attend property's daily morning meeting - relaying pertinent sales and apartment information to attending department heads/team members
    • Engage with guests to support bookings made by sales and leasing team

    Required Qualifications

    • Previous experience with administrative and client facing roles
    • Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and a can do positive attitude.
    • Strong time management, organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
    • Superior organization skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
