    Job Details:

    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a permanent role that offers an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and managing the month-end close process. Experience in property accounting is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred. Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.



    Responsibilities:


    • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare, review, and reconcile account balances and financial statements.
    • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Oversee property accounting and company assets valuation.
    • Collaborate with departments to streamline accounting procedures.
    • Assist with audits and stay updated on industry trends.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
    • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Financial Statements, and account reconciliation.
    • Experience in property accounting.
    • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
