    Job Title: Staff Accountant

    Join our team as a Staff Accountant, where you'll play a vital role in various accounting tasks. Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager to handle financial statements, ledger accounts, data analysis, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Your contributions will be crucial to the month-end, year-end closing processes, and financial statement audits.



    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare journal entries, adjusting entries, and accruals
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions
    • Process accounts payable transactions
    • Prepare and deliver customer invoices, manage collections
    • Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
    • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
    • Assist in audits, provide supporting documentation
    • Perform variance analysis, identify areas for improvement
    • Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules
    • Support budgeting, forecasting
    • Address accounting inquiries, requests
    • Research, resolve accounting issues
    • Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations
    • Other accounting duties as assigned
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accounting, finance, or related Bachelor's degree
    • Min. two years of accounting/auditing experience
    • CPA certification preferred
    • Proficiency in Excel, accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle
    • Knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, accounting principles
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
    • Detail-oriented, accurate
    • Independent and team player
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure
