    Job Responsibilities:


    The Portfolio Business Analyst is a key strategic role within the Agile Center of Excellence, enabling objective, strategic decision making in partnership with the Portfolio Agile Lead and aligned with the ADA's Agile ways of working.

    This role will lead identification and documentation of key business outcomes within initiatives and drive visibility of value delivery to business outcomes during execution.

    They are responsible for developing efficient workflows between people, systems and tools across portfolios.


    Must Have:
    BA/BS
    5 years minimum (or 9 in lieu of degree) in the following:
    working with teams
    being accountable for facilitating team work
    prioritizing work across multiple priorities
    while utilizing stakeholder feedback to regularly refine and pivot strategy
    experience analyzing data to drive business decisions
    Excellent knowledge and practical use of Agile principals
    Excellent oral and written communication
    Ability to identify valuable metrics to measure success
    Analyze data and provide objective recommendations to leadership
    Prioritize effectively
    Good organizational skills
    Ability to work collaboratively between teams and influence up and down the organization

    Proficiency in the following applications:
    Trello, Miro, and other agile delivery tools
    Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Open to fully remote employees but, able to travel to the ADA with advance notice for any team strategy or planning sessions, approx.

    3-4 times per year


    Nice to Have:
    Certification as a Scrum Master
